You need to complete the check-in process and be awarded a boarding pass before boarding your flight. Without a valid boarding pass you will not be allowed to board the aircraft.
As from 30 hours prior to departure‚ you will be able to check in online via the Air Antwerp website. Once you have completed all the required information and selected your preferred seat‚ you will be awarded your boarding pass. Please remember to print this document and take it with you to the airport. If you wish to bring baggage items with you that can not be carried in the cabin‚ you will need to deliver these at the relevant drop-off point at the airport. Online check-in will remain open until 2 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.
If you do not wish or are unable to check in online‚ you can do so and deliver your baggage (if any) at the airport check-in desk assigned to Air Antwerp. The check-in desk will open to passengers at 80 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Passengers that have checked in online can progress immediately to the airport's security checkpoint if they do not have to check baggage. All other passengers need to report to Air Antwerp's check-in location before the indicated closing time.
Check-in for Air Antwerp flights closes 20 minutes before the flight's scheduled departure time. Any passengers or baggage not checked in at this time‚ will be denied access to the aircraft.
Passengers are asked to arrive well in time before departure at Air Antwerp’s check-in location and boarding gate‚ no later than the time as indicated by Air Antwerp. Operational disruptions or peak passenger volumes at airports may require you to spend more time than usual to get to the boarding gate. Therefore Air Antwerp recommends its passengers to pass through security and passport checkpoints as soon as possible and take time to relax at the boarding area. Boarding will commence as from 15 minutes before the flight's scheduled departure time.
If passengers do not check in or arrive at the boarding gate on time‚ Air Antwerp is entitled to deny passengers access to the aircraft and potentially cancel any ensuing flights in their reservations.
